Recently the owner of our current unit offered the Oahu Intergroup of Hawaii Inc the first right of refusal to purchase the lease hold unit. Before we could make serious inquiries regarding this option the owner chose to withdraw the offer and has agreed to sign another year lease.
However, this sparked a much needed conversation; which yielded some very interesting questions. We would love some feedback from the fellowship.
- Should Oahu Intergroup consider purchasing a unit for the Oahu Central Office?
- Should we consider relocating? If so, where.
